Goodbye Earth New Netflix Korean Drama To Expect In 2023 

The impending South Korean drama series "Goodbye Earth", will be airing on Netflix in the upcoming year 2023. The stars of the show will be Yoo Ah-in, Ahn Eun-jin, Jeon Sung-woo, and Kim Yoon-Hye, the drama serial which has been written by Jung Sung-Joo and is directed by Kim Jin-min.

The cast lineup raises great expectations for drama fans, as it is expected to boast a splendid cast and is expected to captivate many fans all over through the great streaming network for the drama serial, Netflix

As the drama is based upon the book "The Fool's At The End Of The World" it raises grat expectations of the readers too for an amazing portrayal of a similar genre drama.

Synopsis

The plot of the story follows a 200 deadline as the world is about to end and an asteroid will collide with the earth, and annihilate the globe. The news of the earth ending spread quickly throughout the globe which cause great chaos in the South Korean city of Woongchun where the whole cast of the drama is gathered.

The lead character of the drama Jin Se-Kyung (Ahn Eun-jin) who is a middle-class school instructor, getting the news of the world collapsing soon decides to leave her job to volunteer for a municipal hall's child and youth division. She fights in between all the chaos to protect the weak and vulnerable (children). Ha Yoon Sung (Yoo Ah-in) who has been Se-Kyung's partner, is currently employed at the Biotechnology research department, flies back to Korea after the announcement of the world ending in 200 days to be with Jin Se-Kyung, his partner for a long time.

The other two characters are Woo Sung-Jae and Kang Jin-Ah, where Woo Sung Jae (Jeon Sung-woo) is an assistant priest at a Catholic church and gets the responsibility of the church after the church's presider fled away hearing the news of the world's destruction and look after the parishioners of the church. Whereas, Kang Jin-ah (Kim Yoon-Hye) is the Battalion commander who is in charge of combat support, who goes around the whole destructive city of Woongchun to insure the protection of the people in the city and a mean of transportation throughout the city for the supplies.

Production 

The cast for the upcoming drama serial Goodbye Earth was confirmed in 2022 January by the production team and reportedly the filming for the drama was started in May 2022 and onwards.
